a satisfactory stay
convenient location good variety helpful staff small room soft pillow insufficient towel
the location was very convenient it made it easy to explore the area the breakfast offered a good variety of options the room was clean and well maintained i appreciated the helpfulness of the staff
the room felt a bit small one pillow was not enough for me it was also too soft i wished for a larger bath towel the single towel felt insufficient

grinding noise old furniture
the breakfast was acceptable, including a high variety of options for each taste (even sparkling wine was available).
the air conditioning made a grinding noise all night and it kept waking me up. i told the front desk staff, but nothing was done to solve this. old furniture was present in the room (it seemed outdated).

friendly staff clean room
The staff was lovely! they were friendly throughout my stay. my room was large and clean with everything i needed. location was perfect. I was only minutes from shops, bars, and markets. the breakfast was super good with a lot of options.
the temperature in the room was uncomfortably warm. i was informed that the air conditioning is turned off during 'heating season'. i had to sleep with the window open all night.
